Who we are

Cress is a customer relationship tool for small brands. This page covers the website gocress.com and our waitlist.

What we collect

• Waitlist sign-ups: your email address, the date you signed up, which form you used and the country your request came from (derived from your IP address, which we do not store).
• Server logs: our host Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we load no fonts or scripts from third parties.

Why we use it

We use your email only to invite you to Cress and to send occasional updates about early access. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails or asking us to remove you.

Who processes it

The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until early access ends and you have not become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. US residents have equivalent rights under applicable state laws, and we honor them for everyone.
